A masterpiece of Baroque architecture, Schonbrunn Palace is the ideal setting for your "royal" wedding. The Palace was built in the mid-17th Century by Fischer von Erlach as a summer residence for the Austrian imperial family and is today one of Vienna 's most famous sights. The ceremony takes place in one of the private rooms of the former Empress Sisi, the White and Gold Rooms. These rooms are opened especially for your ceremony and have access to the grand park as well as providing the perfect location for a champagne reception after the wedding. The civil ceremony will be performed in German by a Civil Registrar and translated into English by a local interpreter.
Weddings can be held on weekdays between 4pm and 6pm and Saturday 10am, 12am or 2pm.
