"We had a great weekend thankyou. The hotel was in a great position - very easy to drive to, and only a short cab / bus ride into town. Also we used the boat to come back on sunday, which was fab. The rooms were big, clean and comfy - all you want them to be really! We did have a small issue with room keys at the start, but it was quickly rectified and all was good. Staff were very nice, friendly and helpful - lunch a little slow, but great when it arrived. All in all we had a lovely time - thankyou for your help with organising it." "Once again everything went according to plan and we had an excellent holiday. The lounge pass starts the holiday on the right footing, the flights were on time, the holiday rep. at the airport was welcoming and the hotel was great. The service was absolutely first class and there was an amazing selection of food at breakfast and dinner all presented in a very attractive way (similar to a cruise ship). The weather was extremely hot so we didn't attempt any excursions. We spent the time relaxing by the pool keeping in the shade as much as possible. No complaints at all you will be pleased hear. "Just to say...THANK YOU! For all your help and planning. We had a fabulous honeymoon and loved each part. I really liked the Argonaut in terms of location and the free glass of wine from 5-6pm every day. They were so friendly and helpful at the hotel and it made a great first stop. The Kauai Beach Resort had a great hot tub outside, good food and the concierge helped organise a number of trips for us. The room was a good size and we were given a free bottle of very nice champagne. Finally, the Plantation Inn in Maui, was wonderful. A great little location and it made our stay in Maui so enjoyable. Again a hot tub and breakfast was included - great chef. Such easy access to La Haina and the shops and away from the noise and scale of the big hotel complexes further up the coast. The four, four, four also worked well...had we had the time we would have loved to do four days in New York..would recommend that to anyone thinking of doing the same trip. So thank you again for your help, we really appreciated it and would use you and Top Drawer again!" "The holiday was lovely thank you. There was evidence of a lot of damage on our way up to our hotel from the airport, and the 4x4's were definitely needed! Once we were in Rodney Bay, there wasn't really much evidence of the hurricane. We found the Top Drawer service to be very helpful and we were kept up to date with information, following the devastation of the hurricane. We would definitely recommend Top Drawer to friends. "We both had such a thrilling time. The hotels, travel arrangements and staff were incredible. The local reps were knowledgeable, friendly and keen to help. The driver was brilliant too and deserves a special mention. In terms of the hotels – the CGI Earth Experience chain were first class and I would recommend them to anyone. Fabulous places, all different and super experience. Kumarakorum – was a lovely hotel, our villa was fantastic – but did feel a little less at home with them. It felt they were trying too much and in a way resting on their past status. Although the house boat experience, crew and boat itself was a true highlight. Windermere was a fabulous hotel, relaxing and enjoyable. Overall a lovely holiday all round – even managed to persuade Emirates to upgrade us for Cochin – Dubai!" Gondwana was incredible, we would recommend it to anyone and are already planning on going back in the future. The service there is amazing - we had our own private driver for game drives who also made us bush picnics and bbqs and was always on hand for help. The food was out of this world - there was far too much of it but we tried our hardest. The horse riding safaris were great and the rooms were absolutely lovely. We really don't think you could beat it! Derwent House was also lovely, it was really quiet and had a lovely pool and great breakfasts and was in a really good location. "We had a lovely holiday, although not that relaxing! We were on-the-go all day every day pretty much, but we managed to fit in loads and have a great time. Unfortunately our trip to the grand canyon was cancelled due to weather and road accidents, which was a real shame, but at least it gives us an excuse to go back in the future! "We had an excellent holiday, and a "once in a lifetime" holiday soon became a "we'll be back in a few years time!" holiday. The lounge passes we got were a great idea and certainly made the start of our holiday very relaxing! The service and the passes has certainly made me think about booking our next family holiday through you!  The main reason we liked the look of Top Drawer was the choice of oporators and therefore freedom we had. It reminded me of the old independant Travel Agents you sadly don't see on the high street anymore. I shall certainly be phoning you for qoutes in the future! As for the resort (Meeru), we couldn't fault it at all. It was truely a paradise island, and the quality of service was fantastic. We were made to feel very welcome and there was a relaxed atmosphere amongst the staff, but we were never left wanting and felt truly looked after. "Well you certainly did us proud. The whole journey went without a hitch (apart from Rome airport putting Johns case on the wrong plane even though we pointed out their error whilst we were there!!. It was delivered to us today). The transfer from the airport to the first hotel was very plush, a Mercedes and a private water taxi delivered us to the hotel in no time. The Ruzzini Palace in Venice had a lovely breakfast and very helpful staff. They had left a bottle of champers in our room on our arrival which was a nice touch. The hotel is well positioned within Venice and within a short walk to restaurants and the Grand canal. This made the journey on the Vaporetta to the train station very easy when we left for Florence. We arrived in Florence to torrential rain; however, this was the only rain we encountered throughout the whole of the trip. The Hotel Degli Orafi was very well positioned, very central and bang next door to the Uffizi which was brilliant. We actually had a small apartment which was a real surprise. There was a kitchen/lounge, a large bedroom and large bathroom and lovely little touches like being left a T-shirt and the weather forecast for the next day on our pillow whilst we were out on the first night. The staff were again very helpful and eager to suggest places to visit etc. The breakfast at this hotel was brilliant,there was everything you can imagine available. One morning I had hard boiled egg topped with Caviar, smoked salmon, and bacon followed by a nice custard pastry. Not too good for my cholesterol, but when in Florence and all that. The Artemide in Rome was great too. The room had a free mini bar which we found useful. Again the hotel was well appointed, close to the bus stops and Metro station (two minutes walk) so travel around the city was easy. All in all this was a fantastic holiday which will provide us with wonderful memories of our twenty fifth anniversary. We will definitely recommend Top Drawer to our friends and will start saving immediately for our next adventure. Thank you.
