Set in the grounds of a beautiful 18th Century cocoa estate, the luxurious Hotel Chocolat is Saint Lucia’s newest boutique hotel and a must-visit for all lovers of chocolate. The 6 Cocoa Pods are centred around a courtyard, with some offering a view of Petit Piton, while the 8 Cocoa Pods Luxe are elevated with dramatic views of both Pitons and the Caribbean Sea. The Cocoa Pods Luxe also have a lounge with a chaise longue and an open verandah. All rooms have an open sky rain shower, pre-loaded iPod and docking system, concierge cabinet with a range of drinks and freshly made chocolate treats, and polished granite bathrooms with REN toiletries.
By day, relax by the hotel’s spectacular black quartz infinity pool or explore the plantation and learn how local people are benefitting from Hotel Chocolat’s ethical approach to growing cocoa.
